API rate limits are increasing for all tiers

Good news! We're increasing rate limits across all usage tiers effective immediately.

TPM (tokens per minute) limits have also been significantly increased. Check your dashboard for your specific limits.

This change reflects our expanded infrastructure capacity. We'll continue to increase limits as we scale.
